Very disappointed with Verizon Wireless

Not disappointed in their service. Very disappointed with a change I was not made aware of until last night.

When I signed up for service last year, every time I checked my upgrade status, I was told I could do an early upgrade in October of this year. Last night I was told February of 2014.

The customer service rep told me that Verizon did away with early upgrades and I should have received notice. Sorry, I did not. No text message, email…. I pay my bill automatically every month and don’t wait for the statement… if it was there I wouldn’t have seen it since I don’t look. My charge is the same every month.

So now instead of believing I had 5 months to wait I have 9.

Great way to treat your customers Verizon.
